Contemporary Handel family residence in Emek Israel
The Hendel Residence is a contemporary family unit dwelling house that was designed by SaaB architects. Information technology'due south located in Kfar Yehoshua, Emek,Israel and the belongings occupies an area of 755 square meters. The dwelling house itself sits on a 175 square meter area.The construction process was completed in 2009 and the project team was forme by Ronit Barkil and Luciano Santandreu who worked with construction engineer Shabtai Mualem and construction supervisor Yehudit Kadmi.

The clients requested a compact and efficient business firm that would respond well to the weather conditions in that area. They wanted a simple abode with an inviting interior and that would really make them experience similar domicile. They also wanted the house to be easy to maintain. The architects came upwards with a design that responded to all the customer's requests.

This way the inhabitants can do good from privacy while also taking advantage of the climate. The residence has a elementary pattern, with clean lines. It's formed of ii perpendicular volumes that split up the public and the private areas. The facade was fabricated using aluminum. The residence also has a double wall construction that was meant to moderate the inner climate of the house.
